From Hopeless Diagnosis to Miraculous Healing: M.C.'s Story of Divine Restoration

A woman named M. C. was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in June, 2022. The doctor said that even with surgery and treatment, she would only have a few months to live.

She was fearful and felt hopeless because the medical prognosis was so devastating. She had surgery at Mayo Clinic and had a complication of bleeding in her brain afterwards. A few months later, she attended one of our healing services.

The following are her words telling what happened. "I attended a healing service led by Dr. Michael Peters in September 2022. During the service, Michael called me out and asked me to come forward. Michael told me that Jesus was healing me of my brain cancer, and then he and his wife prayed for me.

Two weeks later, I had a follow up appointment at Mayo Clinic. I received an amazing report!! The doctors told me I could go back to work, because they could not find any evidence of the brain tumor, and the brain bleed had vanished. I am extremely grateful that Jesus gave me my life back." From Crisis to Divine Health:
A Doctor's Journey of Healing and Hope

How does a doctor trained in the medical profession get involved in divine healing? My personal journey began when one of my sons received a diagnosis of depression.

The symptoms had developed slowly. My wife, Mary Jo, and I were unaware of the serious nature of his illness. Even though our son received excellent medical care, we realized the medication and the treatment were not curing his problem, but were simply masking his symptoms.

The crisis began when we heard the words no parent ever wants to hear. "Your son has taken an overdose of medication, and it is life-threatening." While racing to the hospital, my wife and I were fervently praying. In the emergency room, not knowing if our son would live or if he would have permanent health problems, I received a text from a friend. The friend simply texted me the words, "God said that your son will recover." Instantly, Mary Jo and I were filled with a peace that can only come from God. We just knew that our son would be okay.

Our son remained in the hospital for three days, but he completely recovered and had no complications. It was then that my wife and I fully realized that God created human beings with a body, mind, and spirit. For a person to walk in divine health, we now understood that the spirit and mind of a person had to be healthy along with the health of their physical body. With encouragement from my wife and me, our son pursued health in his spirit, mind and body. He overcame his depression and is still living free of all symptoms.

What Mary Jo and I discovered, we are now using to help others who are battling physical, mental, spiritual, and/or emotional illness. We have coached many people struggling with sickness into divine health. The same principles are effective for any type of disease or illness.
